What the role involves

• Running, setting up, and adjusting CNC machines to meet production goals
• Loading material and actively monitoring machining operations
• Reading blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Measuring with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to validate quality
• Making on‑the‑fly adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy
• Conducting basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Upholding a clean, safe work environment; performing other duties as assigned

Who thrives here

• High school diploma or GED holders
• Detail‑driven, safety‑minded, and reliably present
• Operators with prior CNC machining experience
• Those familiar with CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers (preferred)
• People who can interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Individuals comfortable using calipers and micrometers
• Plus: experience with CNC setup, programming, or G‑code
• Physically able to bend, lift, twist, and crouch as part of daily work
