El Centro Behavioral Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work comfortably from your preferred location while effectively reaching clients across various geographical areas. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider each patient’s medical history, conditions, and social context to understand their unique challenges.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, addressing the complexities of both psychiatric conditions and co-occurring medical issues.
  • Facilitate individualized and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing, growth, and recovery.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and mental health support during emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely assistance.
  • Educate clients about the interrelationship between mental health and physical well-being, equipping them with skills for self-management.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring it is accessible for coordinated care.
  • Active participation in team conferences and case discussions to enhance patient care and share insights on treatment strategies.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of integrated care practices and advancements in mental health therapy to provide the best possible care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population grappling with various mental health challenges, including those dealing with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders and chronic pain, as well as substance use disorders. Your contributions will support their journey toward integrated health, recognizing the intersection of physical and mental well-being.

Qualifications

  • A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
  • Demonstrated expertise in addressing mental health needs, particularly for individuals with overlapping medical conditions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster therapeutic relationships and collaborate with medical professionals.
  • Committed to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality.
  • Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other technology relevant to mental health services.

Preferred Experience

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a mental health counseling setting, particularly in an integrated care model.
  • Experience in using telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies to engage clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a diverse benefits package that includes:
