We Are:
VENT Fitness has ReinVENTed Group Training! Our E3 Training Studio classes are dedicated to delivering a fun, dynamic and effective workout like nothing you've experienced before. Our exclusive 50-minute workouts feature three tried and true components of fitness ' STRENGTH, STRIDE, and STRIKE. It's Group Training reinVENTed.
Prior experience in a fast paced fitness/training environment ideal.
