Join our nursing care team dedicated to exceptional patient care. What You will be Doing: Create a warm, friendly environment where residents are comfortable from admission through discharge. You’ll advocate for residents at every stage of care, ensuring we go above and beyond for them each day. Develop personalized care plans based on observation and expertise. Act quickly and calmly in emergency situations, initiating life‑saving measures with or without a physician. Handle medication for residents and keep meticulous records of every aspect of the care administered. Where You will be Going: Regional Travel: up to two (2) hours from home address (where license or certification is applicable). Full Travel: across Trilogy’s footprint in IN, OH, MI, WI, and KY (where license or certification is applicable). Full‑time, 12‑hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays. Mileage and meal reimbursement provided (if applicable). Lodging accommodations provided by the company (if applicable). Position Overview Active and in‑good‑standing RN license. Availability for every other weekend and holiday work. At least one year’s experience as a nurse preferred. At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Location US‑OH‑Cincinnati – Trilogy Health Services – Travel – Cincinnati – OH Benefits Competitive base wages with additional hourly pay premiums for all hours worked (vary by Regional or Full Travel designation).
