Asset Manager - Purchasing

Job Description As an Asset Manager you will support procurement, management, and installation of software or technology-related hardware assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and responding to internal or external inquiries and service requests, receiving and processing purchased or returned equipment or assets, tracking equipment inventory and deployed assets, executing processes for disposal of assets, and managing warranty and repair-related tasks. As a member of this team you will perform data entry in software systems or tools and audit work to ensure accuracy and completeness while managing asset store, inventory and end‑to‑end product life cycle. Basic Qualifications At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including: At least 1 year of supply chain, procurement, supplier management and/or asset management work experience At least 3 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years in procurement of software or technology‑related hardware work experience Expectations Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position Perform other responsibilities as assigned Responsibilities Implement and execute activities required to manage and maintain the accuracy of assets, such as auditing and modifying attributes related to lifecycle management of software and hardware assets Manage asset stock in multiple locations and ensure appropriate levels are available for orders and projects Responsible for managing equipment installation for new locations and moves Interface with the contracted printer support team Benefits US: Hiring Range in USD from $23.08 - $45.05 per hour; $48,000 - $93,700 per year.
