Fine Arts Production Specialist (House Manager)

Hiring Salary/Salary Range: $18-24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house needs and assist patrons
• Manage ushers and coordinate with box office and production staff
• Manage the preparation of programs, brochures, and appropriate signage
• Distribute and scan tickets for admittance
• Troubleshoot technological issues with scanners, powerpoints, etc.
• Direct patrons to their assigned seats
• Assist with crowd control and ADA compliance
• Manage maintenance of event facilities before and after each performance
• Manage front of house operations and safety precautions for all productions

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and three years of theater, performance, or other related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in management and/or customer service.
