Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Radiology team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical background and relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
• Administer medications and monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition throughout the procedures.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring a sterile environment and patient safety.
• Educate patients and their families about procedures, post-operative care, and any necessary follow-up.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN License (Required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (Required)
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with specific experience in Interventional Radiology (Required)
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record system is preferred

Schedule

This position requires day shifts of 4x10 hours from 07:30 to 18:00, with additional weekend coverage every other or every third weekend as needed. Floating to other units may be required. Call responsibilities include two shifts of call during the contract period.
