Brilliant opportunity for a Cloud Accounting Manager/Senior Manager. My Client is a leading accountancy and taxation practice in the Northeast of Ireland, offering a modern, forward-thinking environment. With a team of directors and staff delivering services across multiple offices, we focus on innovation, strategic growth, and people-first values. This role involves client management, team leadership, and driving the adoption of cloud accounting software to enhance operations. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Management Oversee the Cloud Accounting department to ensure high service standards and team development. Manage and analyse management accounts, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction. Train and mentor team members on cloud tools and best practices. Client Management & Business Development Build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on cloud accounting software. Develop strategies to attract new clients and drive revenue growth. Represent the firm at industry events and identify cross-selling opportunities. Technical Expertise Proficiency in cloud accounting tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage). Stay updated on industry trends and engage in relevant certifications. Operational Excellence Streamline processes and maintain a focus on quality. Contribute to the team culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Ideal Candidate ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent preferred. Extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client management. Strong knowledge of cloud accounting software. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
