Job Summary And Responsibilities Mercy Radiology Group, a large well-established and physician-owned radiology practice, is seeking talented Radiologists to join our expanding team in Redding, California. Position We encourage applications from radiologists with expertise in Body, Breast, MSK, Neuro, Nuclear Medicine, and/or Pediatric imaging. Schedule 8a-5:30p, 4 days/week Full-time and part-time positions available Opportunity will vary based on specialty and may include advanced outpatient imaging, ER/inpatient radiology, general radiology, and remote clinical work from home. Second largest private practice in Northern California Low turnover Compensation/Benefits Competitive Compensation: $500,000 - $550,000 with partnership profit distribution of approximately $100,000+. Total base annual partner compensation = $650,000+ Significant opportunities for internal moonlighting, extra shifts, additional lucrative per‑click compensation. $75,000 sign‑on bonus (for full-time) Relocation bonus available CME stipend and annual home/personal equipment budget Comprehensive Benefits: fully paid top‑tier health insurance, malpractice insurance, and “supermatch” 401k plan. 8 weeks vacation PSLF Eligibility: This position meets eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. Ability and willingness to participate in general radiology is preferred.
