$85K–$95K base + up to $10K bonus + hybrid flexibility + family-owned/clinician-led + ethical caseloads + low turnover/tenured leadership + strong RBT and BCBA support.

Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our Frisco - area ABA clinic. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, and total earning potential up to $105K with bonus

$85K–$95K base + up to $10K bonus + hybrid flexibility + family-owned/clinician-led + ethical caseloads + low turnover/tenured leadership.
