Outside Sales Representative

Elwood Staffing is looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented sales professional to join our team in our Orem office. This is not a maintenance role, we’re looking for a true hunter who thrives on building new business, creating opportunity, and winning in a competitive environment.
If you’re energized by prospecting, uncovering client needs, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Longmont market
- Prospect, cold call, and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Uncover client pain points and deliver customized staffing solutions
- Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to close and onboarding
- Partner with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Continuously build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of success i n outside sales / business development
- A tru e hunter minds et with strong prospecting skills
- Strategic thinker who can connect client needs to business solutions
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals
- Experience in staffing or B2B sales is a plus
