The Graduate Respiratory Therapist may be in this position for up to 180 days. The Graduate Respiratory Therapist may perform care in all areas of the hospital. This care is to include medicated and non-medicated therapy, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, application and titration of oxygen therapy, pulmonary diagnostic testing and arterial blood gas performance and analysis. The Graduate Respiratory Therapist assesses the patient to assist in formulation of a respiratory care plan.
