Responsibilities:

• Sew, alter, and construct garments and textile products with precision and care
• Perform fittings and make necessary alterations to ensure proper fit and finish
• Operate industrial and domestic sewing machines, sergers, and other equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality control and adherence to specifications
• Follow patterns, sketches, and technical instructions to complete garment construction
• Maintain and organize sewing tools, materials, and workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a seamstress, tailor, or garment construction professional
• Proficiency with sewing machines, sergers, and hand-stitching techniques
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and garment construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret patterns, sketches, and sewing instructions
• Keen eye for detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong team-oriented attitude
