Epic Rev Cycle Managed Services Analyst

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking an Epic Rev Cycle Managed Services Analyst in New York, NY. We are looking to identify strong Epic certified analysts who can operate within a managed services delivery model.The role will primarily support:* Incident management and resolution* Service request fulfillment* System maintenance and optimization activities* Epic upgrades and enhancement initiatives* Ongoing operational support and continuous improvement effortsRequirementsPreferred Qualifications:* Epic certification in the applicable module with 3+ years of hands-on Epic experience* Experience supporting complex healthcare organizations and collaborating across technical and business teams* Strong expertise supporting Epic applications in a production or managed services environment* Excellent troubleshooting, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills* Professional, client-facing presence with a commitment to service excellence and accountability* Ability to thrive in a transition-focused role, beginning with knowledge transfer and onboarding before moving into long-term operational supportJob TypeContractCompensation58 - $96
