Technical Project Manager - Service Delivery

Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – Service Delivery PMO to lead the delivery, integration, and deployment of complex technical infrastructure and network systems across global environments. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, driving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring the successful integration of technology platforms across multiple partners and operational domains.The ideal candidate will operate at the intersection of infrastructure deployment, network integration, and service delivery—owning timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring solutions meet performance expectations, partner requirements, and operational readiness standards.Key Responsibilities:Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful executionCoordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, deployment, and operations to drive delivery outcomesTrack project progress, identify risks, and proactively manage issues to ensure timely resolutionLead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple system layers, ensuring alignment with architecture and business goalsOversee integration activities across internal systems and external partner environmentsManage onboarding and technical coordination with partners and vendors, ensuring readiness for service deliverySupport development and execution of testing and validation plans to ensure system performance and interoperabilityEstablish and maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication frameworksDrive standardization of processes, workflows, and deployment methodologies across projectsSupport troubleshooting and issue resolution during integration, deployment, and post-deployment phasesProvide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project status, risks, and performance metricsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and qualityQualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical fieldRelevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plusExperience:A minimum of 8+ years*of experience in technical project management, systems delivery, or network/infrastructure deploymentExperience managing complex, multi-domain technical projects involving multiple stakeholders and partnersProven track record delivering projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with large-scale infrastructure or network deploymentsFamiliarity with system integration, testing, and validation processesExposure to telecommunications, distributed systems, or network technologiesExperience coordinating multi-vendor or partner-driven delivery programsBackground in automation, deployment frameworks, or process standardizationExperience working in global or multi-region project environmentsSoft Skills:Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across teams and stakeholdersProven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesTechnology Stack:Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar)CI/CD and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins or similar platforms)Collaboration and documentation toolsData analysis and reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, analytics platforms)Scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python or similar)System monitoring and performance tracking toolsPhysical RequirementsAbility to work in a standard office environment and use a computer for extended periodsAbility to support work in technical environments such as labs or data centers as neededWillingness to travel occasionally to support project delivery, partner engagements, or deploymentsAbility to coordinate across multiple time zones for global teamsThis job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
