Location: Louisville, Kentucky

Compensation: Up to $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time | In-person

Our client, a growing and mission-driven ABA organization, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its clinical team in the Louisville, Kentucky market. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs.

The incoming BCBA will play a key role in designing and overseeing individualized treatment programs, mentoring clinical staff, and partnering with families to help clients build communication, adaptive, behavioral, and social-emotional skills.

Position Overview

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs/Behavior Technicians, and monitoring progress through data-driven clinical decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on clinical environment and values both strong outcomes and strong relationships with families and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses as needed

Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies based on each client’s needs

Oversee ABA programming targeting communication, social skills, adaptive functioning, emotional regulation, and independence

Supervise, train, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct clinical staff

Monitor treatment effectiveness through ongoing data review and make program modifications as appropriate

Provide parent/caregiver training to support carryover of interventions across settings

Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, caregivers, and internal leadership to support high-quality care delivery

Participate in clinical meetings, treatment planning discussions, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Active BCBA certification required

Kentucky licensure, or ability/eligibility to obtain Kentucky licensure

Strong background in ABA principles, behavior assessment, and treatment planning

Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and supporting clinical development of team members

Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

Passion for working with children and families and improving long-term developmental outcomes
