Inland Respite, Inc. is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist to act as an advanced onboarding resource within the People Operations Department. You will support onboarding quality, training, workflow consistency, and documentation accuracy while resolving applicant issues and providing escalation for onboarding-related matters. You will collaborate with Recruitment, Workforce Development, and operations partners to ensure timely movement of applicants through onboarding, monitor volume and #J-18808-Ljbffr Inland Respite, Inc.
