Compensation & Shift $28 per hour + Shift Differential + Quarterly Bonus up to $5200/yr Opportunities to increase base pay with tenure and level‑up development programs Available Shift(s): Sunday - Tuesday (3x12.5 hour routes), 12:00 AM start time Local Routes – no freight to move Responsibilities Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil Use company‑issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement. Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (climbing ladders, bending, twisting, etc.). Strong safety mindset. High School Diploma, GED highly preferred. 2+ years of CDL-regulated driving experience. Bilingual (preferred). Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting. Drug & Alcohol Compliance Position requires DOT‑regulated vehicle; subject to pre‑employment DOT-mandated drug test and positive result for any controlled substance will disqualify applicants.
