A candidate that is a genuine motivator, with a mission to help improve the lives of others, will be key to nurturing and growing a thriving F45 Sacramento Midtown membership community.Responsibilities:Training Responsibilities Consistently provide an exceptional F45 premier fitness experience; welcoming members by name, motivating members, ensuring attention to all members during classes, and ensuring that members are performing exercises safely and correctlyIntroduce classes and conduct warmups; Demonstrate and explain all exercises in class with coaching for regressions and progressions for all fitness levels (beginners to elite)Bring high energy and fun spirit to each classSet up and inspect equipment for classes, maintaining a meticulously organized studioCleaning of studio floor and equipment during and between classesEducate trialists and members by communicating in-depth knowledge of the F45 training method (functional movements, HIIT, F45 Challenge, general information on health benefits and nutrition)Continually self-educate on the F45 brand and fitness industry in generalPerform fitness consultations and evaluations for members using InBody and other resourcesAssist Studio Manager, as neededManagement Responsibilities Collaborate with management team to develop/evolve best work practicesCollaborate with management team on the achievement and monitoring of performance towards daily, weekly and monthly goalsPromote a culture amongst trainers and members characterized as professional, inclusive, encouraging, goal-oriented and funParticipate as an engaged team member, attending team meetings, social events, team-building activities and lead-generating activitiesPerform other tasks related to the effective studio operation that may be prescribed from time to time by ManagementMembership Responsibilities Inspire members to fully utilize all F45 resources to achieve personal fitness goalsPromote a fun and energetic community environment keeping members motivated and encouraged Membership acquisition and retention; collaborate with management in the sales and maintenance of membershipsAssist with member concernsAs needed, deliver studio tours and assist studio managers with performing goal-oriented fitness consultationsDaily communications with other coaches and owners regarding class members, including active engagement with trialistsMarketing Responsibilities Commitment to promoting and living the F45 brand; in-uniform, advocate via social media and networking, developing and nurturing a sense of communityParticipate in social media campaigns and events (e.g. grand opening, F45 Challenges (information sessions, weigh-ins/outs, pre/post-challenge parties), newsletter, member recognitions, etc…)Create and post social media content; promote studioQualifications & Skills:Must possess and maintain CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is a plus)Must possess and maintain NCCA Accredited Fitness Training CertificationPersonal Training Experience (1+ years preferred, group fitness training preferred)Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanicsMembership sales experience is a bonusKnowledge of Mindbody application usefulGeneral nutrition knowledge is a bonusWilling to complete F45’s on-boarding curriculumWillingness to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekdays, weekends)Must be physically able to complete F45 classes and able to move heavy weight (50+ pounds) safelyPassion for the fitness industry and promoting a healthy lifestyleIn-depth knowledge of functional movements and ability to demonstrate all exercises with proper formExcellent verbal communication skills, comfortable with public speaking, and able to command a roomVersed with marketing through social media (Instagram, Facebook)
