Job Summary DSI Security Services is growing and is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Security Operations Manager to support operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations across multiple client locations while ensuring exceptional customer service, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, experience managing security personnel, and the ability to build strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Salary: $55,000.00/YR Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between DSI and assigned client accounts, ensuring high-quality security services and client satisfaction. Oversee daily security operations across assigned locations, including staffing, scheduling, payroll oversight, compliance, and post coverage. Lead, coach, and support Security Officers, Shift Supervisors, and Site Supervisors to ensure operational success and professional development. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention initiatives to maintain appropriate staffing levels. Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with client expectations and company standards. Respond to operational issues, incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communication related to scheduling, personnel actions, incidents, and operational activities. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, professionalism, and customer service excellence. Ensure all assigned personnel are properly trained and compliant with company policies and post instructions. Build strong working relationships with clients, employees, and branch leadership. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred. Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience required. Previous contract security, military, law enforcement, or related leadership experience required. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Proficient with basic to intermediate computer systems and reporting tools. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred. Reliable transportation and communication required. Must successfully pass all required background and drug screenings. Must be customer service driven with a professional appearance and demeanor. Why Join DSI?
