Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery to provide top-quality patient care during night shifts. This contract position offers flexible scheduling options and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Monitor Fetal Heart Rate and maternal vital signs to ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on childbirth processes and postpartum care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with pending or active NM/Compact license.
• Possess ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, and NRP certifications; pending certs accepted.
• Demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant clinical experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Ability to float within scope and adapt to unit needs.
• Willing to work 4-6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
• Comfortable working 4x12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.
