You Will You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including: Meeting with hiring managers to understand their needs Sourcing qualified STEM professionals using various recruiting tools Screening candidates through interviews and reference checks, understanding their goals and skills to ensure alignment Communicating work opportunities and preparing consultants for roles Building relationships with consultants through coaching, check-ins, and ongoing engagement to ensure satisfaction Maintaining a network of consultants with top industry-specific skills Establishing trusted relationships to help professionals advance their careers We Will We are committed to your ongoing education and training to keep your skills sharp: Participate in structured training programs, including role plays, shadowing, and teach-backs to develop expertise.
