California HR Business Partner

Partnering with managers and leadership teams, the full-time California HR Business Partner will implement people strategies, manage the employee lifecycle, and drive employee engagement initiatives both onsite and for remote employees across the US. Key responsibilities Build organizational capability to support business priorities with a focus on employee relations and business partnering Drive and recommend strategies to enhance retention, employee engagement, and leadership development Own the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and exit procedures Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the hi-tech sector Excellent knowledge of state and federal labor laws HR Certification is a plus Preferred experience in a multinational/global organization Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across multiple levels within the organization
