Diesel MechanicDiesel Mechanic, Hourly range is $26.92 - $30.34 hr.Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various ShiftsEarn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment and enjoy an excellent benefits package that includes our very own employee resortsJob Description:R+L Carriers has an immediate opportunity for Diesel Mechanics at our Findlay, OH Service Center. As a Diesel Mechanics, you will be responsible for day-to-day equipment maintenance on our fleet equipment consisting of preventative maintenance and minor to major repairs to Class 8 trucks, trailers, and potentially forklifts. This can include maintaining trailers, overhead doors, lift gates, dollies, welding depending on location.Requirements:Experience in preventive maintenance and repairs on diesel enginesMust be able to handle major repairsExperience with AC and ElectricalHave the ability to lift 50lbsMust have own toolsPreferred:2+ Years of Diesel Mechanic experience preferredExperience in preventive maintenance of Cummins & Detroit enginesExperience using Cetaris used for work ordersClass A CDL holderExperience driving Class 8 commercial trucksExperience in Trailer PMs and repairsR+L Carriers offers an excellent compensation and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matching contributions, Paid Vacation & Holidays, and vacation lodging at our exclusive employee resorts in Daytona Beach, FL, Big Bear Lake, CA, Pigeon Forge, TN, and Ocean Isle Beach, NC.R+L Carriers is a family owned, privately held transportation company founded in 1965.
