Quality Manager

**What You Will Do**This position represents the plants in front of customers and suppliers when escalations occur, coordinates containment actions, and drives long-term standardization of quality processes and best practices across the Product Operations footprint.**What the Group Does**The Quality team ensures that our manufacturing operations meet stringent industry standards (AIAG16949, ISO) and customer-specific requirements. By embedding quality discipline into every stage of production, the group safeguards product reliability, reduces scrap, and strengthens customer trust.
