The impact you’ll make in this role As a Production Packer, you’ll be responsible for supporting production operations, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient plant environment. This role works an 8, 10, or 12 hour shift (depending on shift availability) and includes starting pay of $22.26/hour plus shift differentials. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintaining an appropriate productivity target as determined through machine rates Performing tests at a high quality of standards set by quality specifications Supporting the team when packing out finished or semi-finished products Ensuring you own safety by following all related policies Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and write in English to communicate effectively in both verbal and written contexts. Solventum/Careers The starting rate of pay for this position is $22.26/hr, with the potential for future pay increase. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
