Regional Area Maintenance Manager

Lead maintenance operations across six local sites, traveling between locations as needed Manage, coach, and develop maintenance teams while driving accountability and performance Oversee maintenance of conveyors, robotics, sortation, automated material-handling systems, and related equipment Drive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime Monitor KPIs, work orders, backlog, downtime, and other maintenance metrics Partner with site leadership, clients, vendors, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve operations Promote a strong safety culture through training, audits, and accountability Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, reliability, and operational efficiency Work on site daily Monday to Friday, with one site per day required and all locations visited at least once a week Engage with both day and evening shifts Requirements Multi-site maintenance management experience Industrial maintenance leadership experience Experience with conveyors, robotics, automated material handling, sortation, or similar industrial automation 3+ years of people-management experience, including coaching, KPIs, and accountability Either a 4-year degree AND 3 years of people-management experience, OR 5 years of people-management experience in lieu of a 4-year degree Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance Ability to travel between multiple assigned sites Background in conveyors, robotics, automated equipment, sortation, or high-volume distribution/fulfillment maintenance Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in multi-site maintenance management, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance of automated systems, including conveyors and robotics.
