In this role, you will become an integral member of a diverse team of elite cyber professionals supporting critical national security missions. You will work on challenging technical problems, develop innovative offensive cyber capabilities, and collaborate with leadership and customers to deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Designing and developing new hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities to support mission objectivesManaging design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging application software and systemsApplying expert knowledge of security concepts, computer networks, and system architectures to solve complex technical challengesCommunicating project status, technical risks, and solutions effectively with leadership and customersEnsuring established software development standards, best practices, and security guidelines are consistently metMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 9+ years of technical experience or Master’s Degree and 7+ years of technical experience, or a PhD with 5+ years of technical experienceExperience with Windows or Linux kernel/user-mode developmentExperience with Windows APIs and network protocolsExperience programming and scripting with C, C++, and PythonExperience debugging using WinDbg and GDBAbility to pass customer-specific Senior-level exams for developer qualificationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with OCO and/or CNO developmentExperience with Reverse Engineering using IDA or Ghidra disassemblersExperience with CI/CD workflows using Jenkins, Ansible or similar toolsClearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI clearance is requiredPhysical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeMANTECH considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply for a position with MANTECH, please email us at View email address on us.fitly.work and provide your name and contact information.
