Urgently Hiring: Experienced Automotive Service Technicians of All Levels

(A-B-C)

What You'll Do * Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.

• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results &

time, per company recording & clocking procedures. * Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools. What You'll Bring

• Prior automotive repair experience, 2+ years
• ASE and manufacturer certification, desired
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license

Total Rewards This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity The average wage range for this position is $28.00-$55.00 per flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
