The ideal candidate has interest in and/or has worked with blueprints and technical documents. We offer competitive benefits, 401K, PTO, flexible holiday policy and education reimbursement.Reports toProduction PlannerKey Responsibilities:Initiate the release of Production:Review ERP for Schedules, Material Inventory, and System Accuracy:Prioritization of job release based on demandCoordinate material receipts with job releasesPrepare required documentation for productionContinuous Improvement and Accuracy:Organize file structure and/or documents as neededVerify documentation meets Engineering and Customer RequirementsStreamline the Release processes as neededSupport Production Planning:Preparation of standard reportsAct as backup for Production Scheduler, as neededAd-hoc production supportDocument Control SupportGather Revision Controlled Documents as neededObsoleting Documents at the Direction of Quality/Production Planner etc…General Admin DutiesReception for Walk-ins and appointmentsMaintain Visitor LogsBasic Qualification:High School diploma or GED equivalentProficiency with Microsoft Office suite.Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
