What We Offer: Annual earning potential of $160,000 – $225,000 (part-time, annualized) Strong daily guarantee plus percentage of collections Established referral base and patient demand Clinical autonomy in a collaborative environment Modern, fully digital practice with advanced technology including CBCT and intraoral scanning 401(k) with employer match Medical, vision, and dental allowance (eligibility-based) Life and AD&D insurance HSA and FSA options Malpractice coverage Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive periodontal care including implants, gum therapy, and surgical procedures Perform thorough examinations and develop patient-centered treatment plans Utilize advanced digital technology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Collaborate with general dentists and clinical team members Educate patients on treatment options and long-term periodontal health Maintain high clinical standards and documentation Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited Periodontics residency program Active Vermont dental license (or ability to obtain) 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred Strong proficiency in periodontal procedures including implants and surgical therapy Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
