Schedule

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Acute Rehab Unit. The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated team to provide quality rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from strokes, hip fractures, spinal cord injuries, and other significant medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• COTA certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Open to new graduates and experienced professionals.
