Registered Nurse (RN) - Critical Care Unit

Location: Bowling Green, KY

General Information:

• Unit Name: ICU/CCU
• Number of Beds: 16
• Patient Ratios: 2:1, at times 3:1
• Unit Staffing Description: MT, with tech coverage as needed based on census
• Type of Equipment: Impella, GE monitors, Temporary Pacemakers, EKOS, IABP, Artic Sun, Hemodynamic monitoring
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Floating Policy: Float in rotation with core staffing

Scheduling Requirements:

• 36 hours per week

Certifications:

• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• NIH

Role Requirements:

• Requested Skills: Critical thinking, Self-motivated
• Advanced Skills Needed: Central line insertions, Dialysis catheter insertions

Dress Code:

• Scrubs – any color; denim, capris, and camo are not permitted
