Home Health LPN for our Tulsa office for Bixby, Okmulgee and surrounding counties

We are looking for an Organized, Compassionate, and Energetic LPN to join our team, and to provide direct patient care.

On a day-to-day basis, the LPN will complete :

• Skilled Assessments
• Teaching and Training
• Wound Care
• Medication Management
• Other Skilled Procedure

Must have one-year clinical experience as LPN, home health experience preferred. We provide a paper-free environment, all documentation is web-based. Offer Company Vehicle for travel.
