The Gilbert Crossing Apartments in Merrimack, NH is seeking a skilled in-house painter, a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our apartments. Your expertise will be instrumental in painting apartments for unit turnover and common areas. Prepare walls and other surfaces through sanding, taping off outlets, repairing cracks, etc. Estimate time and materials needed Mix and apply paint, varnishes, and necessary solvents Use a variety of tools to achieve the desired finish on the painted surface Set up and take down additional equipment as needed Maintain all tools and equipment Perform final inspection to ensure quality and accuracy of work Adhere to workplace safety rules and regulations Assist the maintenance team with outside vendors Painter Requirements [1+] years of previous experience as a Painter for residential or commercial buildings High school diploma or GED preferred Skill with paint, varnish, and other associated products Superb attention to detail Excellent time management skills Ability to work alone or as part of a team Previous experience working with power tools is preferred Opportunities for additional Pay #J-18808-Ljbffr John Flatley Company
