Senior Product Manager

Talent Responsibilities Own a global product portfolio and drive its strategic direction, growth, profitability, and long-term success. Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, aligned with corporate objectives and market needs. Manage the full product lifecycle, from market assessment and business case development to launch, optimization, and end-of-life management. Support customer visits, industry events, and trade exhibitions to strengthen market presence, build relationships, and identify emerging opportunities. Serve as a product expert, providing guidance on product-related topics and addressing product-related questions from customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. Solid technical understanding, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and applications. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive initiatives across functions and regions. Experience collaborating closely with sales, engineering, operations, and market development teams to successfully bring products to market. Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and business planning, supported by strong proficiency in relevant digital tools and business systems. Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented professional with a passion for innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement. Willing to travel domestic/international as needed (up to 20%) Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in RF/Microwave Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Complementary education or professional training in Product Management, Business Administration or a comparable discipline, demonstrating a strong combination of technical and commercial competence. Experience Several years of successful product management experience in an industrial B2B environment. Experience managing technically demanding product portfolios, including components, cable assemblies, connectivity solutions, or comparable technologies. Proven ability to operate effectively in a global and multicultural business environment.
