Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Retail Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 200 firm in Atlanta.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in a sophisticated practice representing retailers, restaurants, developers, property owners, and other consumer-facing businesses in connection with real estate, leasing, development, and other commercial matters.

Compensation

$170,000 $285,000+

Ideal Background

26 years of retail, commercial real estate, leasing, or related transactional experience

Experience representing retailers, restaurants, developers, landlords, tenants, or other commercial clients

Significant experience drafting and negotiating retail leases and other commercial leasing agreements

Experience with site acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition matters

Experience drafting and negotiating letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, lease amendments, assignments, subleases, and related agreements

Experience handling title, survey, zoning, and other real estate due diligence

Experience assisting clients with retail expansion, portfolio management, and development projects is a plus

Ability to coordinate sophisticated transactions from initial negotiations through closing

Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent client service and communication skills

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
