SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO A $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!Essential Duties & Responsibilities :Inspect roofs for damages and leaksPerform roof repairs as neededCompleting field inspectionsDevelop a scope of work with a budgetOrganize a materials listClean rooftops by snow removal, ice removal and other debrisAdditional dutiesQualifications :Ability to learn and take direction from crew ForemanExperience with diagnosing leaks on HVAC, skylights, siding, and other potential leak sources would be helpfulExperience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forkliftNo fear of heightsLift 50+ lbsSit, stand, and climb stairsCustomer service experienceOn the job training is providedStarting pay ranges from $22-$32+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
