Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw)Colorado | Full-Time | Remote Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 Am–5:00 PmAbout The JobWe are hiring a Colorado-licensed Lcsw for a remote clinical position. The main focus is individual therapy, with a regular caseload and a set weekday schedule. You'll meet with clients by video, discuss the issues they're seeking help with, and use your clinical training to determine the appropriate course of treatment. You'll also handle the records, follow-up, and referrals that come with ongoing clinical work.Main DutiesConduct individual therapy appointments through telehealthComplete initial evaluations and gather relevant psychosocial informationDetermine appropriate treatment priorities and interventionsHelp clients address mental health, behavioral, relationship, and life-related concernsReview treatment as needed and make appropriate clinical changesKeep case notes and required documentation current
