Truck Technician - $27-$29 / Hour --- Weekly Pay!

Description:

A leading construction company is hiring a Truck Technician to support the maintenance and repair of its fleet vehicles, including tractor trailers, dump trucks, and pickups. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of mechanical systems while working hands-on with industry-standard tools and equipment. This position offers consistent hours, a supportive work environment, and strong benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles.

• Replace brakes, change oil, and rotate or replace tires.

• Replace belts, hoses, and filters.

• Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting on diesel engines.

• Repair transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other mechanical components.

• Perform routine inspections to ensure fleet vehicles remain safe and operational.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in automotive maintenance and diesel diagnostics.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing diesel engines and transmissions.

• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles.

• Experience with engine and trailer repair.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Must own personal tools.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing preventative maintenance on tractor trailers or diesel trucks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
