MaineHealth Pediatrics- Brunswick is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join their team. Summary This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts. It is Monday‑Friday, no weekends. The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Previous office experience, with medical office experience preferred.
