Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF )
Compensation: $105,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance, 401K with match, PTO, and CME reimbursement.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Waverly, NE. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday daytime hours. No weekends, no nights, no on-call.
Qualifications of the Nurse Practitioner ( NP ):
- Active Nebraska NP license in good standing
- National board certification (FNP or AGNP)
- SNF, geriatric, or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner ( NP ):
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, rounding visits, and follow-up care for residents
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions common in the SNF population
- Collaborate with the Medical Director, nursing staff, and care team on treatment plans
- Document thoroughly and timely in the EMR
