• Weekend Night Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00pm–6:00am

Starting pay rate has opportunities for higher pay based on experience and qualifications.

You arrive ready to run production cells safely and efficiently. After a quick line check, you begin operating molding and packaging equipment with an eye on OEE, safety, and customer specifications. Throughout your shift, you perform routine bottle checks, document any process tweaks, and keep communication flowing with production, maintenance, and leadership. When preventive maintenance or a mold changeover is scheduled, you execute SMED steps to minimize downtime, clean to “showroom” condition, and tag improvement opportunities per TPM practices.

• Safe, efficient production: Operate equipment to meet or exceed OEE and quality targets; follow Lockout/Tagout; proactively address unsafe or inefficient conditions; carry out maintenance tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager; use shop power tools safely.
• Quality every run: Pack and produce to customer standards; perform routine bottle inspections as directed by the Shift Production Supervisor; label/tag all output; isolate nonconforming product with proper hold documentation.
• Preventive maintenance: Complete PMs as scheduled; identify and correct inefficiencies during PM; return equipment to “showroom condition”; flag repair/replacement opportunities in line with TPM.
• Mold changeovers: Execute changeovers using SMED techniques to limit downtime; verify safe, efficient operation post-change.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and process issues as needed or directed by management or the Production Supervisor.
• CMMS accuracy (MicroMain): Maintain records, capture parts usage, complete work order paperwork, trigger quick tickets for urgent repairs, and alert the Maintenance Manager when inventory approaches reorder points.
• Training partnership: Coordinate with the Production Manager on equipment training and development needs; suggest training topics.
• Data you can trust: Record quality measurements in the NWA Quality Monitor at scheduled intervals; capture raw material lot numbers; ensure specifications are met; place out-of-spec product on hold with the required documentation; communicate any deviations promptly.
• Housekeeping & sanitation: Keep work areas organized; complete daily/weekly/periodic tasks per the Master Cleaning Schedule; perform line sanitation per the Master Sanitation Schedule and procedures; empty garbage at shift end; sweep/mop floors; clean equipment if soiled; act on housekeeping issues promptly.
• Documentation discipline: Log machine/process changes; complete operator checklists; maintain accurate production reports; document maintenance/repairs and parts usage via MicroMain or handheld devices.
• SPC oversight: Review and chart SPC data; evaluate for consistency/compliance ; escalate non-compliance to production and maintenance teams.
• Team engagement: Actively participate in plant initiatives (safety, quality, sustainability, community involvement, OEE, maintenance, wellness, brainstorming, CI) to build a world-class operation.
• Grow your impact: Proactively seek regular manager check-ins, additional training, broader involvement, continuing education, and set self-development and performance goals.
• Committee work: Serve on the Problem Solving Team as needed.
• Protect our customers: Report quality, food safety, GMP, and food defense concerns to your supervisor or management immediately.

Education & readiness: High School diploma or GED and successful completion of entrance exams and interviews.
