Job Opportunity – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Northeast Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Highlights:

• Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit environment providing critical care to the most vulnerable patients
• Consistent night shift schedule allowing for work-life balance
• Minimum 12 months of recent Neonatal Level III experience required
• Contract extension opportunities available for up to 18 months
• Comprehensive orientation with pre-start modules and hands-on competency training
• ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments completed during orientation

Requirements:

• Active and permanent Ohio RN license or current Compact State RN license (must be in hand at time of application)
• Minimum 12 months of recent Level III Neonatal ICU experience
• Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (must be active at time of submission)
• One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from an assignment within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Influenza vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting required within 48 hours of contract signing
