What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active, valid CNA certification (no restrictions)
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, serving meals, mobility, and more
• Commitment to keeping living spaces clean, safe, and comfortable
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow all care regulations
