Travel Registered Nurse - Hospice

We're looking for a Hospice RN - Regional Support to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll provide direct care to patients and support to families, while also serving as a floating clinician-temporarily assigned to different hospice branches based on census needs or staffing gaps. Territory (East TN) to include: Kingsport, Johnson City, Greeneville, Morristown, Sevierville, Knoxville, Crossville, Athens, Cleveland and Chattanooga. Hospice Case Manager experience required. As a Hospice RN - Regional Support, You Will: * Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care for hospice patients * Manage and implement individualized plans of care * Support and lead interdisciplinary team members (LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, etc.) * Assess and address patients' physical, emotional, spiritual, and environmental needs * Accurately document all care provided and ensure compliance with hospice protocols * Educate families and caregivers on care instructions, medications, and safety * Participate in the on-call rotation and provide after-hours care as needed * Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and the care team * Assist with referrals, regulatory documentation, and payer compliance * Travel to various Gentiva hospice locations as assigned to fill urgent needs Schedule & Travel: This role typically follows a Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional on-call responsibilities.
