Jonathan's the Rub - Bridgeland, located in Cypress, TX, is seeking a skilled and motivated Barback to support our bartenders and ensure our guests have an exceptional experience.

As a Barback at Bridgeland, you'll play a vital role in keeping our bar operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting bartenders by restocking supplies, glassware, and garnishes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
• Ensuring all bar stations are fully stocked and ready for service.
• Supporting bartenders during busy shifts to create a seamless guest experience.
• Handling any additional tasks as needed to keep the bar operating efficiently.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a restaurant, hotel, or bar.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• The ability to lift and carry heavy items, as this is a physically demanding role.
