Automotive Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to oversee department operations at our Ford and Toyota dealership. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a manager role and familiarity with Ford vehicles. This individual will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, efficient workflow management, and the overall success of the department. The department we are hiring for will be disclosed upon contact. Key Responsibilities Team Management Lead and supervise a team Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development. Customer Service Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards. Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring effective resolution. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, aiming for repeat business and positive referrals. Workflow and Operations Oversee the daily operations of the department Monitor processes to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and meet customer commitments. Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Quality Assurance Uphold the highest standards of quality Stay updated with Ford and Toyota information and requirements Financial Performance Develop and execute strategies to achieve departmental financial objectives. Monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability, making necessary adjustments as needed. Reporting and Documentation Maintain accurate records Generate reports on key performance indicators, departmental metrics, and financial results. Provide regular updates to dealership management regarding department performance and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Previous experience in a manager position Strong knowledge of automotive processes Familiarity with Ford vehicles is a plus. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Outstanding customer service skills, with a customer‑centric approach. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in computer systems and dealership management software. Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
