Starting pay: $37,440 annually, based on experience and education, with opportunities for annual merit increases. Benefits package What You’ll Do As a key member of our team, you will: Collaborate with a dedicated teaching team to create a warm, enriching, and supportive environment. Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum that engages and inspires. Manage classroom activities and daily operations to ensure a safe and nurturing experience for every child. Who We’re Looking For We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including: Educators, curriculum developers, and those with after-school programming experience. Individuals with strong organizational and communication skills. Candidates interested in other roles, such as positions requiring familiarity with business or accounting software. At least six months of experience at a licensed early childhood education center (preferred). Must pass a background check. Must complete CPR and First Aid training within 90 days (if not certified).
