Data Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Data Coordinator- Vetting will support the PI Vetting and Label Specification Review and Approval process for existing Own Brand items. This role will collect, review, validate, and accurately record supplier and product information while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

• Collect company, production facility, item-level, and supplier contact information from suppliers.
• Request and organize supporting documentation required for PI Vetting and Label Specification Review.
• Review submitted documentation for authenticity, accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and follow up with suppliers as needed.
• Enter and maintain validated information in data collection templates and internal Power BI-based databases.
• Support the Label Specification Review and Approval process by ensuring required information is complete and accurate.
• Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the data collection process.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve data and documentation issues.
• Track outstanding information and follow up to ensure timely completion of assigned items.
• Ensure data is entered accurately and consistently according to established processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with the Private Brands Product Integrity team and other stakeholders to support project goals.

Required Skills:

• Strong data entry and data management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience reviewing documents and validating information.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data collection templates.
• Experience working with databases or data management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple items/tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization/database tools is preferred.

Preferred skills:

• Experience in data coordination, data validation, document review, product data, supplier management, quality, compliance, or private label/consumer products.
• Experience working with supplier documentation or product specifications.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and external stakeholders.
